Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before registering at XL Casino. By creating an account, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Eligibility

To register and play at XL Casino you must: be at least 21 years of age; be a resident or legal visitor to the Philippines; not be subject to self-exclusion; not be an employee or family member of an employee of XL Casino. XL Casino reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time.

2. Account Registration

Each player may hold only one account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. XL Casino is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your negligence.

You must provide accurate and complete registration information. Providing false information may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

3. Know Your Customer (KYC)

As required by PAGCOR, all players must complete identity verification before making their first withdrawal. Accepted documents include Philippine National ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, or voter's ID. KYC verification typically takes 2–4 hours during business days.

4. Deposits

Minimum deposit is ₱100 (GCash/Maya) or ₱200 (VISA/Mastercard). All deposits must come from accounts registered in your name. XL Casino does not accept deposits from third parties. Deposits using bonus funds from other casinos is prohibited.

5. Withdrawals

Minimum withdrawal is ₱500. Maximum withdrawal per day is ₱500,000. Weekly maximum is ₱2,000,000. Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for deposit (to comply with AML regulations). KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal is processed.

Processing times: GCash and Maya — within 15 minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfer — 1–2 business days. All withdrawals are reviewed for compliance before processing.

6. Bonus Terms

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as described on the Bonus page. Welcome bonus wagering requirement is 15x the bonus amount. Players may forfeit bonuses at any time through Account Settings. Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash without wagering, or combined unless stated otherwise. XL Casino reserves the right to modify or remove bonus offers at any time.

7. Responsible Gambling

8. Account Suspension and Termination

XL Casino may suspend or terminate accounts without notice for: provision of false information, multiple accounts, bonus abuse, bot use, collusion, suspicious betting patterns, failure to complete KYC, or any breach of these Terms. Terminated accounts due to policy violations forfeit all bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus play.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on XL Casino, including games, graphics, text, and software, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

XL Casino's liability is limited to the amount of funds in your account at the time of any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We are not responsible for third-party service failures (e.g., GCash downtime).

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Philippine courts. PAGCOR serves as the regulatory authority for licensing disputes.

12. Changes to Terms

XL Casino may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated 30 days in advance via email. Continued use of XL Casino after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
